A near-Good copy of this very hard to find First Edition of Henry Glassford Bell's second collection of poetry of prose. At the time of listing this is the only copy to be found anywhere on-line.
Book Condition - Fair+: Hardback, xi + 310 pages with frontispiece plate and a two page publisher's catalogue at rear. Significant general wear to the original three quarter leather and marbled paper boards and spine, previously owned by the North Devon Athenaeum library with their bookplate on the front pastedown, original owner's signature on Title Page (dated September 1833), significant front and rear internal hinge separation with text block only just attached, frontispiece plate and Title Page loose, otherwise securely bound internally, very faint remains of a lengthy inscription on all front and rear blank endpaper pages, errata slip adjoining page 1, internally very clear and readable with light to moderate foxing / soiling throughout. No dust jacket.
