A near Very Good scarce Second Edition copy of this acclaimed work complete with a very rare original dust jacket.

Book Condition - Very Good-: Hardback, 628 pages + 28 pages of corrections. Light rubbing and general wear to original red boards and spine, gilt lettering slightly faded but still very clear and bright, securely bound, no inscriptions but the previous owner has used the endpapers to record their observations of the book in very small and neat light pencil (photographs available), internally near spotless, wonderfully clean and clear, printed on cream coloured paper with almost no blemishes apart from faint paper imperfections / foxing to the corrections section, top edge red, fore and bottom edges slightly rough cut.

Jacket Condition - Good+: Light to moderate edge wear and general rubbing with almost no loss, moderate creasing to top of spine and rear cover, spine slightly faded, not price clipped. Now fully encased in a Trimsleeve protective library cover.

Overall an excellent, complete copy of this highly sought after book.
